In 2020, TO DO TODAY upheld its commitment to gender equality.

Since its creation in 2001, TO DO TODAY has been working with perseverance to advance professional and pay equity between men and women. This goal is at the heart of the company’s values and development strategy.

We have placed people at the center of our management and made this into a capital of distinction, sustainable success and innovation. All TO DO TODAY employees, men and women, focus their skills and expertise around common objectives.

This work has mostly borne its fruits and our Gender Equality Index* has risen from 83/100, last year, to 93/100 this year. Thus placing men at a slight disadvantage.

This index is calculated on the following five indicators:

  • Pay gap between men and women
  • Gap in the distribution of pay raises rate between men and women
  • Gap in the distribution of promotions between men and women
  • Number of pay rises on returning from maternity leave
  • Top ten highest salaries

Our high score is a testament to our strong commitment towards parity, which we have maintained for 20 years. Those results are great and we expect to increase them this year through our 2021/2022 action plan.

*The Egapro Index is set up by the French Ministry of Labor, Employment and Integration, designed to advance equal pay for women and men within companies. It enables companies to measure the gender pay gap in a transparent manner and to highlight their areas for improvement. When wage disparities are identified, corrective measures must be taken.
