You are in charge of the operational and administrative management of the Conciergerie. You look after the reception and the services of the members of the Conciergerie.
You ensure daily reception and service to members, you live and develop the catalog of services for the sake of maximum satisfaction.
You are a graduate of a business school, a management training (School of Hotel Management, 3rd cycle university) or a degree course + 3 to 5.
You have significant experience in managing a profit center, ideally acquired in the service relationship or distribution.
With a great sense of service, smiling, dynamic, motivated, excellent presentation, versatile (e) and organized (e).

Mastery of the main IT tools. Fluent English.
