You manage the customer relationship and are in charge of the financial management. You follow your goals of turnover and margins. You establish monthly activity reports shared with your Management and the Corporate Client. You define and implement the commercial action plan and contribute to the evolution of service offers.

You are in charge of the operational and administrative management of the Conciergerie. You look after the reception and the services of the members of the Conciergerie.
